Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Moose.

Because our wagons are made for everyday adventures, we can only accept returns on products that remain in brand-new, unused condition.

If you have any questions before purchasing, we'd always rather help you choose the right fit than have you worry after your order arrives.

 

Wagon Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

-Wagon is unused and unassembled

-Wheels show no signs of outdoor use

-Coat/Fabric, canopy, seats, buckles and storage compartments are clean and free of stains, odors, pet hair, or  damage/defect of any kind.

-All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included

-Product (including wagon coat) is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition only.

Because stroller wagons cannot be resold as new once they have been used, we cannot accept returns on wagons that show ANY signs of use.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a Moose error or manufacturing defect.


Coat Returns

Interchangeable coats may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

-Unused
-Unwashed
-In original packaging
-Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

-Returned coats must be in new condition, like when received. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

 

Final Sale:
Limited edition collections, promotional items, gift cards, and clearance merchandise are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY:

We stand behind every Moose product we make. Our wagons are backed by a 90-Day Limited Manufacturing Warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

-Frame defects

-Hardware defects

-Manufacturing-related stitching failures

-Functional defects present under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

-Normal wear and tear

-Cosmetic wear

-Sun fading

-Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or modifications

-Damage from dragging, overloading, or improper storage

-Cuts, punctures, or damage caused by sharp objects/pets/children. 

-Damage caused by pets

-Damage caused by improper cleaning or drying

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review each claim individually.


Return Shipping:
Customer pays return shipping unless Moose made an error.

 

Restocking + product inspection fee:
A restocking fee of up to 15-20% may apply to returned wagons to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling.
